I agree, I think it’s an older pic from the last time he was in Montreal. Unless he has crazy hair growing skills Does Canada still have a 2 week quarantine? Does anyone know? Ok, looking at this photo, the hair looks longer. I think his hair grows fast, but I don't know if it really grows that fast.
