Nothing major, just something to kill his voice off, because frankly, his song was on in a cafe the other day, and it put me off my food. If I thought of Mikasounds as well organized, profit oriented company () I'd think they're just looking for a cheap way to expand their product line. I'm just not really quite sure if I overestimate them a bit here. LOL! Please refer to my post in the Arbon thread about Team Mika not knowing what is MFC and what isn't. I rest my case. ok, i understand that they might see other fan forums as mfc - but seriously, mikasounds.com, their own website? that's just weird. maybe they just see it that way because in the queue we don't distinguish either... so every fan is mfc, huh? imagine how BIG we are!! I have just doubled my post count in one night . However, I don't suppose it will get me very far because I NEVER post on Mikasounds so haven't earned any points there. Well on the one hand this has never really worked anyway - I've been to loads of gigs but not got the tickets from Sandbag; half the time the merch doesn't have the points voucher or won't validate; MS is full of pics which break their own uploading rules .... but on the other hand like Laura I was hoping to eventually get enough points for some signed artwork If only I was vaguely artistic I could design a t-shirt - but I doubt even 1000 points would help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I know we've had discussions about Mika being a white liar and all of that but he has been saying since the beginning that he would do one private gig and he usually does what he says he's going to do in the end. I don't think he's going to renege on it, especially now that they are announcing it's going to happen. There are people on Mikasounds who know who the top points earners are and they are communicating with each other. Someone is going to notice if no one gets the prize, especially if they are in first place! You may be right that we don't hear much about it from official channels but I don't think they are making things up. I agree- Mika's a terrible liar in one sense, but for all that I think he's very honest, and the team he's chosen will reflect this. I think the top players will get stuff, and with luck Mellody will be one of them (and anyone else I know with a lot of points) I would probably expect them to publicise it too- playing down the fact that it's terminated early (for being chaotic?)
