From the very start the fuss about the song was all about the video and a story behind it, there`s nothing special about the song (imo), I`d never thought it can correspond with Mika`s music taste... Mika has a very diverse taste in music. I don't always like what he likes, but it's good he's into so many styles. He knows what he's talking about. It is a whiny nasally ballad that just drags on in clichéd fashion and it's quite obvious that Miley Cyrus cannot manage the easiest of vocals without auto tune to keep her on pitch. I used to think Britney Spears was the worst of the worst but this is a whole new level. I am not a musical snob. I can listen to anything from Ke$ha to One Direction. Even though I can't listen to the song to tell my opinion about it, I just can't. The video. Sigh. Not because of nudity, I don't mind nudity. But it's almost porn. Is it really necessary to make a porn video to get youtube clicks? I guess it is. I want to go and tell my sons they are not allowed to watch that video until they are 30 yo but if I say something they will probably show some interest in it.
