Now I'm sure it's not about my connection, it must be something else. Please someone can tell me if I have to download or update some software? I know others are having the same issues. Once it told me Shockwave Flash plugin crashed. One more time I wish I had IT skills. I hate to have crying for help everytime. Edit: it doesn't work anymore. I give it up, I'm talking with the ones who have my same problem and we can't make it. No way.
